About Us

Stratford Brewing Company is a small, family run business. At the helm are husband and wife team, Joseph Tuer and Rebecca Hill, both Stratford natives.

Joseph Tuer is a beer connoisseur who has long held the dream of opening a first-class microbrewery in Stratford. Joe has a business marketing background, with a degree from Ryerson University. He most recently honed his manufacturing and design skills as a business consultant in Singapore. He is happy to be back on home turf and doing what he loves: making - and drinking - good beer.

Both Joseph and Rebecca's families and friends have been intrinsic to the development and operation of Stratford Brewing Company.
